Studying
International collaboration and (both student and teacher) exchange are a crucial part of the international profile of Comparative Literature.
The incoming exchange students are free to study any courses of Comparative Literature, but only some of our courses are in English. We usually have 1-2 Erasmus courses in English each year.
Exchange students are encouraged to attend the courses included in the Baltic Sea Region Studies, an interdisciplinary programme offered by the Faculty of Humanities of the University of Turku. For more information.
Exchange students are also welcome to attend courses that are part of The North American Studies program (NAMS), which offers an interdisciplinary range of classes and study opportunities related to North America. For more information, see http://www.hum.utu.fi/sivustot/nams/. Courses on English-language literature are also organized by the Department of English.
Our incoming Erasmus and other exchange students are welcome to attend any courses at the Faculty of Humanities.
